Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To purify a carbon nanotube using a continuous device under a sub-critical water or supercritical water condition without requiring the other purification steps.SOLUTION: A purification device includes: a preheating tank 200 in which carbon nanotube liquid mixture containing an oxidizing agent is heated at 100-370°C; purifying reaction tank 310 in which the liquid mixture processed in the preheating container 200 is injected at 100-600°C under the sub-critical water or supercritical water condition processed at the pressure of 50-400 atm; a decompression tank 600 in which the product purified in the purifying reaction tank 310 is cooled at 0-100°C in a cooling device 60 and then reduced pressure at 1-10 atm; and a product storing tank 700 in which the product processed in the decompression tank 600 is recovered. |
