Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a precure tread capable of improving uniformity and wet performance after a middle stage of wear in a retreated tire, and improving workability in winding the precure tread around a base tire, and to provide a retreated tire and a method of manufacturing the same.SOLUTION: Cutout parts 5 stretching in the width direction of this precure tread 1 are formed at least on shoulder parts S of a joining surface 4 to a base tire 10 of the precure tread 1; the cutout parts 5 are opened to ends in the width direction of the precure tread 1 and at least to the outermost main grooves 3o; and the cutout part 5 includes a space 5a remaining as a hole 5a' penetrating the inside of the precure tread 1 when the precure tread 1 is wound around the base tire 10, and an opening 5b stretching from the space part 5 to the joining surface 4 side and opening to the joining surface 4.
