Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To manufacture a double pinion rack bar having tooth parts in two positions without using a special processing apparatus to form the rack tooth parts in two positions.SOLUTION: A double pinion rack manufacturing apparatus includes a clamp mechanism 110 that supports a first rack bar 12A formed with a first tooth part, a chuck mechanism 140 that supports a second rack bar 12B formed with a second tooth part with its axial line C2 matching the axial line C1 of the first rack bar 12A, a table mechanism 120 that brings the chuck mechanism 140 closer to the clamp mechanism 110, and a rotary driving section 130 that relatively turns the chuck mechanism 140 about the axial line C2 with respect to the clamp mechanism 110.
