TOE BOX AND SHOE WITH BUILT-IN TOE BOX

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a toe box that protects the toes from an object colliding from the side such as a truck wheel without interfering foot movements such as walking, and a structure of a shoe with a built-in toe box.SOLUTION: The toe box covers the toes while being built in the toe of a shoe and has a bowl-like shell formed such that the tip wall, right and left sidewalls and an upper-surface wall are continuous with a smooth curved surface. At least one sidewall is provided with an extended sidewall formed by rearwardly extending the rear end edge of the sidewall. A shoe with the built-in toe box is capable of sufficiently protecting the toes even when receiving impact from the direction of the outside (little toe) of the toes that is not sufficiently protected by the conventional work shoe with a built-in toe box.
