PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a logical device and a semiconductor package containing the logical device.SOLUTION: The logical device capable of reconfiguring one function to the other function in a short time comprises: a first function block which performs a first operation defined with first function information and a second operation defined with second function information; and a second function block which performs a third operation defined with the first function information and a fourth operation defined with the second function information. The first function block receives setting information, selects one of the first function information and the second function information, and performs the first operation or the second operation on the basis of the selected function information. The second function block receives setting information, selects one of the first function information and the second function information, and performs the third operation or the fourth operation on the basis of the selected function information.
