SOCKET DEVICE AND ILLUMINATION DEVICE HAVING THE SAME

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a socket device and an illumination device having the same, which is easier to mount a straight tube LED lamp from the grounding side than from the power supply side.SOLUTION: One of a lamp socket is a grounding lamp socket 10A in which a first lamp pin 25 is inserted into a first insertion port 1g disposed on a socket body 1, so as to be electrically grounded. Another lamp socket is a power supply lamp socket 10B to which second lamp pins 24, 24 are inserted from the outer peripheral wall 7f side, so as to supply power. In the grounding lamp socket 10A, the socket body 1 is retained by a mounting base body 2 mounted on the instrument body side. The mounting base body 2 can displace the socket body 1 to a first position, in which a first socket plane 1ab is arranged to face a second socket plane 7ab of the power supply lamp socket 10B when a straight tube LED lamp 20 is mounted, and a second position in which the first socket plane 1ab is positioned to have a predetermined obtuse angle relative to the instrument body side when the straight tube LED lamp 20 is not mounted.
