Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an air-conditioning analysis device which can save the energy of air-conditioning equipment in office buildings or the like by a simple structure, and to provide a method thereof.SOLUTION: In the air-conditioning analysis device 10: a data collection part 15 collects air-conditioning amount information in each of time periods of a startup period, a normal period, and a fall period of air-conditioning control in a predetermined space in a building; a storage 16 stores the air-conditioning amount information on a plurality of operation days; and an air-conditioning analysis part 17 evaluates the maximum value or an average maximum value of predetermined data of the air-conditioning amount information to output an air-conditioning-performance analyzed result showing air-conditioning performance separately for each of the time periods.
