Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing a molded article having lightweight properties and high rigidity by using a reinforcing fiber and a thermoplastic resin.SOLUTION: The method includes pressing a precursor material for mold containing the thermoplastic resin and the reinforcing fiber having an average fiber length of more than 5 mm to 100 mm or less by using a die including a core die and a master die such that the material is placed in the core die, and heating the material; and then, cooling the master die.
