COMPONENT TYPE GRAIN CLASSIFIER AND METHOD FOR REMOVING FOREIGN MATTER THEREBY

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make a classification method selective in accordance with the need of a customer by arbitrarily combining basic components.SOLUTION: By using basic components including a classification unit 2, a grain supply unit 3, a transportation conveyer 4 for discharging crushed grains passed through the classification unit 2, a chute 5 for transporting regular grains which are not passed through the classification unit 2, and a base 6, and by combining a basi base unit(s) 7 and a base unit(s) 8, a classification method can be selected from any of: normal classification by using a basic base unit 7 or a base unit 8 alone, and besides the normal classification, multi-stage classification by combining two base units 8, re-classification for re-classifying crushed grains, which are sieved out by the base unit 8, by the basic base unit 7 by combining the base unit 8 and the basic base unit 7, and parallel classification by arranging the base unit 8 (or the basic base unit 7) in parallel.
