Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To stabilize the position and attitude of a magnet material in a slot portion when the magnet material is inserted into the slot portion of a rotor core and the slot portion is filled with a resin material.SOLUTION: A rotor core 2 in which a magnet material 9 is inserted into a slot portion 3 is pressed and constrained by a lower die 6 and an upper die 7, a gap G between the slot portion 3 and the magnet material 9 is filled with a resin material 5, and the magnet material 9 is positioned and fixed by a so-called resin mold. Prior to the filling of the resin material 5, electric magnets 10, 13 provided in the lower die 6 and the upper die 7 respectively are electrically energized. The magnet material 9 is attracted to a rotor axial center side in the slot portion 3 by an attraction force caused by the electric magnets 10, 13, and the back side of the magnet material 9 (the outer peripheral surface side of the rotor core 2) is actively filled with the resin material 5.
