REMOTE DEVICE REMOTE MANAGEMENT METHOD AND CORRESPONDING VIDEO DEVICE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform simple and highly reliable management concerning a remote management method for allowing a remote management server in a remote place to manage at least one remote device.SOLUTION: A remote management method includes the steps of: receiving statistical data which is related to the reception of a video stream from a device 23 and enables the detection of property of a problem that is caused by the device 23 and occurs in content delivery; transmitting a CWMP command to request the configuration of a realtime transport protocol (RTP) transfer dejittering-related parameter or a video dejittering-related parameter in the device 23; and transmitting a CWMP command to request the search of the statistical data from the device 23 and enabling check on whether or not the problem is resolved by the configuration through the use of the statistical data.
