PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image processing system capable of applying a trapping process to N value images on which halftone processing has been performed and a program.SOLUTION: An image processing system includes: a calculation part (13) which calculates the feature amount of a processing region on the basis of the combination condition of the pixel values of a plurality of color plates in each pixel included in the processing region set with target pixels as the center; a determination part (14) which determines whether or not the target pixels are the pixels to be trapping-processed for each color plate on the basis of the calculated feature amount; a calculation part (12) which sets the position of a reference pixel in a reference region for each color plate and calculates the pixel values of the target pixels on the basis of the pixel value for each color plate at the position of the set reference pixel; and a change part (15) which changes the pixel value corresponding to the target pixel in a binary image to the calculated pixel value when the determination part (14) determines that the target pixel is the pixel to be trapping-processed.
