PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a home base station device to report its installation location to a base station control device without depending on notification information transmitted by a macro base station device.SOLUTION: In a home base station device 20, a wireless reception unit 22 receives signals including a TA (tracking area) of a macro cell from a communication terminal device 10 via an antenna 21, and outputs the signals to a location information generation unit 23. The location information generation unit 23 extracts the TA of the macro cell from the received signals, generates location information of its own station by associating the TA of the macro cell and a TA of its own station, and outputs the location information to an interface unit 24. The interface unit 24 transmits the location information output from the location information generation unit 23 to a base station control device 30.
