PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a portable electricity accumulation type illumination device that can cope with the case of emergency, which can select both use of regular stationary lighting-up including a business application and arbitrary portable lighting-up.SOLUTION: In the portable electricity accumulation type illumination device, a pair of surface illumination lights 8 using an LED module 83 as a primary light source, a main switch 4, a light control knob 5, charging terminals 3 used for AC 100V and a solar cell, a cigar type socket, and an output terminal 6 such as a USB terminal are arranged on a box by storing a lithium ion battery 2 in the box 1, and a holding handle 9 is attached on the box. The portable electricity accumulation type illumination device provides specifications such as weight of 7 kg or below, 90 lux of the maximum illumination intensity of the single surface illumination light 8 at the location separated at 1 meter, 25 lux or more of average illumination intensity, and 15 hours or more of continuous lighting-up time of the single surface illumination light 8, in order to make it bearable for portable use at emergency.
