Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily and properly protect behavior information to be preferably concealed.SOLUTION: A behavior information generating unit 201 generates behavior information. A behavior pattern analyzing unit 202 analyzes a behavior pattern on the basis of the generated behavior information. A similarity determining unit 203 performs a similarity determination of the analyzed behavior pattern and a protection target behavior history pattern. A protection selecting unit 204 selects a protection level of the behavior information on the basis of a result of the similarity determination. A behavior information protecting unit 205 protects the behavior information on the basis of the selected protection level. Behavior information to be preferably concealed is easily and properly protected because behavior information concerning behavior patterns similar to a protection target behavior history pattern is protected even without operation to set protection for the behavior information to be preferably concealed.
