Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide toner that is excellent in low-temperature fixability (for example, at 60°C or lower), heat-resistance storage stability, toner-spent prevention, and toner filming prevention, as well as developer using the toner, a toner-containing container, an image forming apparatus, an image forming method, and a process cartridge.SOLUTION: Toner contains at least a binder resin, colorant, and a capsule. The binder resin contains a thermoplastic elastomer; and the capsule includes therein a plasticizer that softens the thermoplastic elastomer, and is crushed with the application of a predetermined pressure.
