Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat ray highly reflective paint composition which does not require use of a manganese compound, and with which a deep color type coating film with high heat ray reflection performance is obtained, a kit for preparing the composition, and a method for producing a heat ray highly reflective coated article.SOLUTION: The heat ray highly reflective paint composition contains a composite metal oxide pigment including Bi oxide and Cu oxide and a fluororesin. Furthermore, the heat ray highly reflective paint composition contains a compound represented by general formula Si(OR)(wherein Rs are optionally identical to, or different from, one another and each represent a hydrogen atom or a 1-5C alkyl group) and/or a silicon-containing compound (A) composed of a partial condensate thereof.
