Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a stent structure which is less invasive, and reduces recovery time and the risks associated with surgery are minimized.SOLUTION: A helical stent-graft 10 is provided that is wound in a zig-zag pattern along a pitch angle with respect to a plane transverse to the axis of the stent. A bisecting line extending through a bend and between two adjacent angular struts is also angled with respect to the longitudinal axis of the stent. The stent-graft 10 includes a stent 12 and a graft layer 14 adhered to the stent 12.
