A housing 30 includes a storage part 33 to store a predetermined amount of oil on a bottom surface 34. A radial distance between an annular part outer peripheral surface 24b that is an outer peripheral surface of the rotor 20 and an axis O is increased from a shaft coupling part toward an opening side. A radial gap between the bottom surface 34 of the housing 30 and the annular part peripheral surface 24b of the rotor 20 is decreased from the shaft coupling part toward the opening side. |
