LOAD AMOUNT PREDICTION DEVICE, LOAD AMOUNT PREDICTION METHOD AND LOAD AMOUNT PREDICTION PROGRAM

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To properly predict transition of the load amount such as power consumption.SOLUTION: A load amount prediction device includes: an acquisition part 12 which acquires time-series performance data including power consumption; a receiving part 11 which receives time-series weather element prediction data; and an arithmetic part 13 in which the prediction data is substituted into a regression equation including a factor indicating a weather state and the power consumption in a variable, a prediction value of the power consumption for a prediction object period is calculated, and the coefficient of the regression equation is changed so as to minimize a deviation between the prediction value and the load amount of the previous performance data belonging to the same pattern as that of the prediction value out of the performance data registered beforehand for each partitionable pattern according to the day of the week.
