Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a ceramic multilayer substrate with which joint failure and bonding failure hardly occur when the ceramic multilayer substrate is bonded with another member such as a printed substrate.SOLUTION: A ceramic multilayer substrate 1 comprises: a notch 21 at a corner 19 of a quadrangle. In the ceramic multilayer substrate 1, an edge face of a lateral surface side having the notches 21 is in a convex-concave shape due to each ceramic layer 3. Moreover, the convex-concave shape is formed in a plurality of directions when the ceramic multilayer substrate 1 is viewed in a thickness direction, and a center portion of the ceramic layer 3 in the thickness direction is formed in a U-shape concaved toward inside. When the ceramic multilayer substrate 1 is bonded with a printed substrate 13 using adhesive agent, the adhesive agent goes through the concave parts, and the ceramic multilayer substrate 1 and the printed substrate 13 are strongly bonded with each other because of anchor effect. Consequently, even in a case where the printed substrate 13 bends, joint failure and bonding failure hardly occur. |
