The organic light-emitting structure can include a hole transport layer, a hydrophobic pattern, an organic light-emitting layer, an electron transport layer, and the like. The pixel definition film is located on the first substrate and the first electrode, and can expose the first electrode in a pixel region. The hole transport layer can be located on the pixel definition film and the exposed first electrode. The hydrophobic pattern can be located on the hole transport layer in a non-pixel region. The organic light-emitting layer can be located on the hole transport layer in the pixel region. The electron transport layer can be located on the hydrophobic pattern and the organic light-emitting layer. The second electrode can be located on the electron transport layer. The hydrophobic pattern allows the organic light-emitting layer to be selectively formed in only the pixel region, and can improve the light-emitting characteristic of the organic light-emitting display device.
