PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical pickup device for achieving performance stability and performance improvement by stably soldering wires of an objective lens actuator in the case of arranging the wires of the objective lens actuator in a truncated chevron shape to correspond to high double speed.SOLUTION: In the optical pickup device with an objective lens actuator 30 mounted thereon, which includes objective lenses 17, 21, a lens holder 31 for holding the objective lenses 17, 21, a pair of wire fixing substrates 37a, 37b adhered both side faces of the lens holder 31, and a plurality of suspension wires 32 soldered to the wire fixing substrates 37a, 37b so as to be arranged in a truncated chevron shape, the surfaces of the wire fixing substrates 37a, 37b are arranged in parallel with the suspension wires 32 fixed to the surfaces of the wire fixing substrates.
