PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To store a document acquired from a cloud print service in a confidential box for each user who has requested the cloud print service for generation of print instruction information.SOLUTION: An image forming apparatus 30 comprises: a print notification receiving part 41 that receives account information of a cloud print service from a terminal device 10 requesting the cloud print service for generation of print instruction information; an account information collation part 44 that collates the received account information with account information of the print instruction information acquired from the cloud print service; a confidential box management part 45 that, if the two kinds of account information are matched, newly establishes a confidential box or selects one from existing boxes for the account information; a document acquisition part 46 that acquires a document based on the print instruction information from the cloud print service and stores it in the confidential box; and a document processing part 47 that performs the instructed processing to the document stored in the confidential box.
