Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide sintering facilities that are not stopped even when an exhaust gas processing device of a sintered ore cooling device is at a stop, and can improve availability, and an operation method thereof.SOLUTION: The sintering facilities include a bypass duct 56 which connects an exhaust gas duct 51 upstream from a duster 52 and a dust collection duct 61 between an exhaust gas processing device 50 and an environmental dust collection device 60, a first selector valve 55 provided in the exhaust gas duct 51 between a place where the bypass duct 56 is connected and the duster 52, and a second selector valve 57 provided in the bypass duct 56. When the exhaust gas processing device 50 is stopped, the processing amount of sintered ore of the sintered ore cooling device 1 is reduced, and while the first selector valve 55 is closed, the second selector valve 57 is opened to suck exhaust gas from the sintered ore cooling device 1 on the side of the environmental dust collection device 60.
