AIR-CONDITIONING EQUIPMENT FOR BUILDING

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide air-conditioning equipment for a building, capable of conditioning the air in a habitable room space while restraining the habitable room space from becoming narrow.SOLUTION: In a building 10, a living room 16 and a Japanese-style room 17 are provided as habitable room spaces, while a corridor 18 and a machine room 19 are provided as non-habitable-room spaces. In a ceiling part of the corridor 18 and the machine room 19, a clipped ceiling X is provided at a place lower than ceiling surface materials 69 of the living room 16 and the Japanese-style room 17, and an attic space is formed between the clipped ceiling X and the ceiling surface material situated above the clipped ceiling. The attic space is an inside space surrounded by an enclosure wall part 38 and the inside space becomes a chamber room 30. Conditioned air is supplied to the chamber room 30 from an air conditioner 26 of the machine room 19. In enclosure wall parts 38a, 38b provided at step portions 36a, 36b between the clipped ceiling X and the ceiling surface materials 69 of the living room 16 and the Japanese-style room 17, blowout grilles 37 are provided for blowing out the conditioned air of the chamber room 30 to the living room 16 and the Japanese-style room 17, respectively.
