Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sucrose benzoate composition hardly discolored even by heating, and to provide a method for producing the sucrose benzoate composition.SOLUTION: The sucrose benzoate composition is obtained by formulating a carboxylic acid salt with the sucrose benzoate, and preferably the proportion of the carboxylic acid salt is ≥0.001 wt.% and ≤1 wt.% based on the sucrose benzoate. The method for producing the sucrose benzoate composition includes a step for dissolving and mixing the sucrose benzoate and the carboxylic acid salt with an organic solvent and/or water, and a step for removing the organic solvent and/or the water from the mixed solution.
