Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power control device capable of reducing initial costs and without needing to consider the number of connected loads provided in a circuit, and a power control method.SOLUTION: A controller 10 calculates an operation amount for driving a plurality of loads 40 provided in a heating area E for heating the inner area thereof, from a target temperature value and a temperature value in the area in order to perform appropriate power supply to the loads 40. Next, an ignition control module 20 calculates an ignition angle control signal for a phase angle adjustment from the calculated operation amount, and performs a phase adjustment of a voltage wave form of an AC power supply on the basis of the ignition angle control signal. A power adjustment module 30 performs power supply to a corresponding load 40 by the applied voltage obtained by delay adjustment on the ignition control voltage, on which the ignition control has been performed, so as to achieve a preset gain.
