Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ultrasonic probe that can prevent deterioration of resolution in ultrasonic images and lead out an electrode of an ultrasonic transducer with high reliability.SOLUTION: An ultrasonic probe has ultrasonic transducers, first acoustic matching layers, an electrode lead-out layer and second acoustic matching layers. A plurality of ultrasonic transducers are arranged at a predetermined pitch. The first acoustic matching layers are arranged on the ultrasonic transducers at the same pitch at the predetermined pitch, and have predetermined acoustic impedance. The electrode lead-out layer is provided on the first acoustic matching layers, and electrically connected to the ultrasonic transducers. The second acoustic matching layers have acoustic impedance lower than the first acoustic matching layers, and are provided on the electrode lead-out layer and designed like a sheet so that plural grooves are formed on the surface at the electrode lead-out layer side in a direction parallel to the arrangement direction of the elements.
