CONNECTION BOX FOR PHOTOVOLTAIC POWER GENERATION

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a connection box for photovoltaic power generation with a reduced size.SOLUTION: A connection box for photovoltaic power generation comprises: a plurality of direct-current switches 2 opening/closing a circuit serving as a current path between a solar cell module and a power conditioner for each circuit unit; plural reverse-flow prevention diodes of the same number as the direct-current switches 2 that are serially inserted in each circuit unit and constituted by elements of a wideband gap semiconductor; a terminal board 4 collecting outputs from the plural reverse-flow prevention diodes 3 and outputting them to the power conditioner; and a housing 6 housing the plural direct-current switches 2, the plural reverse-flow prevention diodes 3, and the terminal board 4. In the housing 6, the plural direct-current switches 2 are aligned in line, and the terminal board 4 and the plural reverse-flow prevention diodes 3 are arranged beside them.
