PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To combine the maintainability and the enhancement of electromagnetic wave noise shielding performance, while using the outer panel of a package having a split structure where the maintainability is taken into account.SOLUTION: The package outer shell 20 for a power generator is configured by connecting a plurality of panels so as to incorporate a fuel cell 10 which generates a DC output by chemical reaction of hydrogen and oxygen, and an inverter 13 which inverts a DC output obtained from the fuel cell into an AC power. At least some of the plurality of panels are formed of a plate material obtained by coating either the front surface and/or the back surface of a panel material with a conductive paint, and the adjoining panels can be electrified by bringing the conductive paint surfaces into contact with each other.
