Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a stable electrolyte material, high in safety, exerting favorable ion conductivity not only at room temperature but also in a low temperature region at room temperature or below, and further, when used as an electrolyte of a secondary battery, capable of allowing the secondary battery to have high output and favorable cycle characteristics, thereby capable of being suitably used as a material of secondary batteries including a lithium ion battery.SOLUTION: An electrolyte material includes an ion conductive polymer having an ether linkage at side chains and an electrolyte salt containing a specified ionic compound, as essential components.
