ELECTRIC POWER MEASURING SYSTEM, ELECTRIC POWER MEASURING METHOD, AND ELECTRIC POWER MEASURING PROGRAM

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To measure with high accuracy electric power consumption by electric equipment supplied with power from an AC source while reducing the size and cost of each individual item of measuring equipment.SOLUTION: An electric power measuring apparatus, using a point of time generated by a first time counter, a point of time generated by a second time counter, and a point of time generated by a third time counter, acquires correction values for the points of time generated by the time counters. Also, when it has received a measured voltage value and a time of measuring the voltage value and a measured current value and a time of measuring the current value, the electric power measuring apparatus corrects the time of measuring the voltage value and the time of measuring the current value on the basis of the correction values. If it determines that the corrected times of measuring the voltage value and the current value are identical, the electric power measuring apparatus calculates power by using the voltage value and the current value.
