Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a radiation detector using gas amplification capable of identifying an incident direction of the radiation without depending on an incident angle of the radiation and having a novel configuration with high detection sensitivity.SOLUTION: The radiation detector includes: a first electrode pattern having a plurality of circular opening parts on one surface of a single insulating member; and a second electrode pattern formed on the other surface of the insulating member and having a plurality of projecting portions that penetrate through the insulating member and are formed by exposing their tip ends to the respective central portions of the plurality of opening parts of the first electrode pattern. Detection electrodes that are formed by forming a plurality of pixel electrodes by a plurality of projecting portions that are exposed to the plurality of opening parts of the first electrode pattern and a plurality of opening parts of the second electrode pattern respectively, are formed on the surface and the backside of the member via predetermined insulating intermediate members. |
