PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a service provision system, capable of smoothly providing a service by the improvement of reaction to an operational input of a user.SOLUTION: A server measures a time produced when communicating with a client device, as a delay time, and on receipt of a control command to instruct a predetermined order transmitted from the client device, determines a prediction command, which is a control command associated with the received control command, and identifies distribution data corresponding to the received control command and predicted distribution data corresponding to the prediction command. According to the measured delay time, the server determines a time to generate the predicted distribution data, generates the distribution data, and then generates the predicted distribution data according to the determined generation timing.
