PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable two users to make a conversation via audio data communications, instead of a telephone call which requires a higher cost, when both of information communication apparatuses used by the two users who make the conversation can perform audio data communications via an Internet connection or the like instead of making a telephone call via a telephone line.SOLUTION: When an information communication apparatus receives a telephone call request via a telephone line, the information communication apparatus transmits information necessary for performing audio data communications to another information communication apparatus which has made the telephone call request and shifts to a state allowing the audio data communications. After that, when the information communication apparatus receives an audio data communication request from the other information communication apparatus which has made the telephone call request, the information communication apparatus starts a conversation via the audio data communications.
