CONTACT ELEMENT AND CONNECTOR

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a contact element capable of facilitating the insertion of a mating contact, and a connector.SOLUTION: A second contact part 16 is arranged at a center part of a first beam part 13, two first contact parts 15 are arranged at both edges sides of the first beam part 13. A fourth contact part 18 is arranged at a center part of a second beam part 14, and two third contact parts 17 are arranged at both edges sides of the second beam part 14. The second contact part 16 and the fourth contact part 18 deviate in an orthogonal direction DR orthogonal to a plate thickness direction DB and an arrangement direction DP of a coupling part 11.
