Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lighting device capable of making a working space of an indoor person to be a moderate luminance and capable of using natural light exceeding the moderate luminance.SOLUTION: A light guide plate 11C of a lighting device 1C emits emission light of a light source 14 arranged on its end face from both faces of a ceiling side and an indoor side. The light guide plate 11C conducts reflection and transmission for natural light from a light emission port 4 of a ceiling 2 at a prescribed ratio. Lighting (a task lighting portion) by the natural light by which the working space of an indoor person gets moderate luminance is realized by transmission of the natural light through the light guide plate 11C. Then, the natural light exceeding the moderate luminance is reflected toward the ceiling 2 by the light guide plate 11C and is used as indirect ambient lighting. During the night, indoor lighting is performed by the light of the light source 14 through the light guide plate 11C.
