PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a keyword list generation program, a keyword list generation method, and a keyword list generation device that are capable of reducing a man-hour required for evaluating a document and capable of generating a proper keyword list for extracting requirement description relating to the same object, actor and the like from the document.SOLUTION: A pair storage unit stores a subject and an object in each sentence included in document data in association with each other. A table item storage unit stores items of a table included in the document data. A keyword list generation program causes a computer to perform processing for referring to the pair storage unit to select an item matching at least one of the subject and the object from the table item storage unit, and processing for generating a keyword list with the selected item and a word having a predetermined relation with the selected item.
