Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dispenser etc., capable of dispensing liquid of nL level without using any special mechanism.SOLUTION: A cylinder 3 is a cylindrical member which has an opening on one side, and a nozzle 19 is provided substantially in the center of a lower end. The inside of the cylinder 3 serves as a liquid chamber 27 for holding a liquid. A pressure sensor 23 is provided on an internal surface side of the cylinder 3 which faces the liquid chamber 27. A pressure sensor 23 is capable of measuring the pressure of the liquid in the liquid chamber 27. A press part 5 is inserted from the opening part side of the cylinder 3. The press part 5 is a region to increase the pressure in the liquid chamber 27. In the press part 5, a valve 7 is provided having its lower end projected from a hole 17. The valve 7 is a member formed on the axis of the nozzle 19, and also a region to open and close the nozzle 19. The press part 5 and valve 7 can move respectively individually in the same axial direction in the cylinder 3.
