Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of efficiently producing a polymer that is easily synthesized and has a stable radical in a side chain.SOLUTION: This (meth)acrylic ester (a) is represented by predetermined formula (1) or (2). The polymer is obtained by polymerizing a monomer component containing the (meth)acrylic acid ester (a). In the production method, energy is applied to the polymer, and the polymer containing a monomer (a') structure unit represented by a predetermined formula (3) is obtained. Thanks to the production method, the synthesis is made easy, and the polymer having the stable radical in the side chain can be efficiently produced.
