Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solid cosmetic for lips, which has an excellent effect of preventing secondary adhesion and which is excellent in usability, the continuousness of a sheen, and stability.SOLUTION: The cosmetic for lips is characterized by comprising: (a) 5 to 30 mass% of hydrogenerated polyisobutene; (b) 30 to 70 mass% of one or more kinds of methyl phenyl silicones separating when mixed with (a) at 25°C; (c) 0.5 to 15 mass% of an oil content separating, in any of a case mixed with (a) and a case mixed with (b) at 25°C; and (d) 4 to 12 mass% of a wax.
