Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an oligonucleotide for detection test for polymorphism which is capable of conveniently and high-sensitively detecting polymorphism of EGFR exon 19 and use thereof.SOLUTION: There are provided an oligonucleotide for detection test for polymorphism of EGFR exon 19 and use thereof, wherein the oligonucleotide is (P1) or (P1'): (P1) is an oligonucleotide having a 3' end subjected to an extension inhibition treatment, which has identity of at least 80% with respect to a base sequence including at least the 115th to the 123rd bases of a specific base sequence and having a length of from 9 to 80 bases; and (P1') is an oligonucleotide having a 3' end subjected to an extension inhibition treatment, which hybridizes under stringent conditions with a complementary strand of a base sequence including at least the 115th to the 123rd bases of a specific base sequence and having a length of from 9 to 80 bases. The use thereof is also provided.
