Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a battery temperature-increase system capable of realizing both securing of a voltage necessary for driving an electric motor and prompt temperature increasing of a battery.SOLUTION: There is provided a battery temperature-increase system in which a control apparatus 14 calculates a driving voltage Vm necessary for driving an electric motor 30 in accordance with a running state of a vehicle while the vehicle is running, and obtains a capacitor voltage Vc charged in a power storage device 13, and then the control apparatus 14 switches between transfer of power from a battery 11 to the power storage device 13 and transfer of power from the power storage device 13 to the battery 11 so that the capacitor voltage Vc is in a range between a reference voltage Vth which is a maximum voltage necessary for driving the electric motor 30 and a driving voltage Vm necessary for driving the electric motor 30. Consequently, the system can achieve both securing of the driving voltage Vm necessary for driving the electric motor 30 and prompt temperature increasing of the battery 11.
