Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a ceramic light-emitting element substrate which has a concavity featuring a reduced overall warp in the substrate, and a light-emitting device using the same which has high reliability in light directivity and electrical connection, etc.SOLUTION: A light-emitting substrate includes a flat tabular substrate consisting of a first inorganic insulating material and a frame body consisting of a second inorganic insulating material, which is joined to the upper side principal plane of the substrate, with a light-emitting element mounting part provided at the bottom face of a concavity which is formed by part of the upper side principal plane of the substrate as a bottom face and the inner wall surface of the frame body as a side face. The light-emitting substrate is characterized in that an amount of warp, as measured using a cross section of the substrate passing the center point of the upper side principal plane and intersecting the principal plane at right angles, or a difference in height between the highest and the lowest parts of the upper side principal plane in that cross section, is 30 μm or less. |
