PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a touch panel input operation device on which an operation surface of a touch panel can be excellently pressed.SOLUTION: A touch panel input operation device 100 is constituted by installing a press switch 132 at a center part of a case body 160, arranging an elastic member 170 for holding an interval between the press switch 132 and a holder 140 at a predetermined position between a holder 140 and the case body 160, providing a stroke setting part 180 setting a stroke by which the holder 140 approaches and leaves the case body 160 at least two positions in a proper place of a peripheral edge of the holder 140 apart from the press switch 132, and holding the stroke setting part 180 in an insertion hole 161 provided to the case body 160 in a fall-stopped state.
