Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a phase characteristic estimation device for estimating phase characteristics across the whole frequency range of a test object and for contributing to the flattening of the phase characteristics, a phase correction device and a signal generation device which are equipped with the phase characteristic estimation device, and a phase characteristic estimation method.SOLUTION: A signal generation device 1 includes: a signal output part 10 for outputting a synthetic CW(Continuous Wave) obtained by synthesizing two CWs having mutually different frequencies; an orthogonal modulator 16 for performing the orthogonal modulation on the synthetic CW and outputting an orthogonal modulation signal; a level adjustor 20 for adjusting the power level of the orthogonal modulation signal; and a phase characteristic estimator 30 for estimating the phase characteristics. The phase characteristic estimator 30 includes: a phase difference calculation part 31 for calculating an inter-adjacent phase difference on the basis of the amplitude value of the synthetic CW; and a phase characteristic estimation part 33 for estimating the phase characteristics in a predetermined frequency band on the basis of the data on the inter-adjacent phase difference. |
