Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an air conditioning apparatus using a sensible heat rotor using the latent heat of water in which power consumption is reduced, the vaporizing efficiency of water is improved, a large amount of air is processable, and maintenance is also easily executable.SOLUTION: There is provided an air conditioning apparatus using the latent heat of water. The air conditioning apparatus is such configured that a cooling area and a heat exchange area are adjacently arranged, a sensible heat rotor is arranged which rotates passing through the cooling area and the heat exchange area, a watering device is arranged at the upstream of the sensible heat rotor in the cooling area to cool the passing part of the sensible heat rotor by water vaporization, the cooled part of the sensible heat rotor is shifted to the heat exchange area by rotation, outside air is taken from the upstream in the heat exchange area for cooling by the shifted cooled part of the sensible heat rotor to be supplied to the downstream, and the heated part of the sensible heat rotor, which is employed for cooling and heated, is shifted to the cooling area again by rotation.
