Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To ensure a necessary flow rate according to load regardless of a distance between a primary-side heat medium pump and an air conditioner.SOLUTION: A three-way valve, a pump with an inverter, and the air conditioner are disposed in a heat medium going pipe conduit, a heat medium returning pipe conduit is disposed at an outlet side of the air conditioner, and a bypass pipe is disposed to connect the three-way pipe and the heat medium returning pipe conduit. In a rated operation of the air conditioner, the three-way valve is controlled so that the bypass pipe can be optionally closed, and the pump with the inverter is operated to control a flow rate of the distribution pump with the inverter according the load of a zone. In stopping the air conditioner, the distribution pump with the inverter is stopped, and the three-way valve is controlled to close a heat medium going main pipe conduit side of the three way valve, to stop the inflow of the heat medium from the heat medium going main pipe conduit, and to open the bypass pipe. A minimum flow rate of a heat source device is ensured by driving a pump with an inverter for compensating the flow rate, in a condition that a given number of a plurality of temperature control piping systems stop the distribution pumps with the inverters. |
