Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a drive plate and a plate member of the drive plate, capable of reducing the weight of the drive plate while securing stiffness and durability of the drive plate.SOLUTION: The drive plate 10 includes: a plate member 11 fixed to a crankshaft 2 of an engine; and a ring gear member 12 which has a ring gear 120 on the outer circumference and has a plurality of fastening parts 121a fastened to the plate member 11 on the inner peripheral side than the ring gear 120. Therein, the plate member 11 has: a center hole 110 used for fixation to the crankshaft 2; a plurality of fastening holes 111 which are formed on the outer circumferential part of the plate member 11 and are used respectively for fastening to the fastening parts 121a of the ring gear member 12; and a plurality of lightening holes 113 which are formed between the center holes 110 and the respective fastening holes 111.
